Advice and Guidance:
First College offers a free Information and Advice service to all potential and current learners. We have been awarded the quality standard Matrix Award for IAG services.
Our team of Advisors will provide impartial accurate and up to date information on opportunities, progression routes, choices, where to find help and advice and how to access it.
Funding / Financial Costs:
All Apprenticeship courses for 16 – 18 year olds are fully funded and partially funded for 19 – 23 year olds. If you are aged 24+ and looking to start a course at Level 3 or above, you may apply for an Advanced Learning Loan from 1st August 2013. Learn more…
First College Board of Trustees and Management are determined to ensure all necessary steps are taken to safeguard any children, young or vulnerable persons from harm during their learning within First College premises or during learning on Employers premises organised by First College with approved sub-contractors.
